Plantar Fasciitis
Are you experiencing?
Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain, often described as a sharp or stabbing pain at the bottom of the foot, especially near the heel. It occurs when the plantar fascia—a thick band of connective tissue that runs along the bottom of the foot from the heel to the toes—becomes irritated or inflamed.
This condition is often the result of repetitive strain, poor foot mechanics, improper footwear, or structural imbalances in the feet, ankles, or even the hips and spine.
